How to install DOS under Win NT/2000/XP

Instructions:

NOTE! If partition (drive) C: is NTFS, installing this program is impossible (for now).

0. Download the file DOS4NT.EXE (900 KB).
1. While in Windows, run the file DOS4NT.EXE.
2. Unpack the archive into C:\DOS4NT2 (for example).
3. Go to the \DOS4NT2 directory and run the file INSTALL.BAT.
4. You will be asked to insert a blank, formatted floppy disk. After running install.bat and loading the disk-creation program, press OK. When asked whether to create additional copies, answer NO.
5. Restart the computer from the floppy disk (set it in the BIOS).
6. When asked whether to overwrite the Boot Sector — answer Yes.
7. That's it, DOS is installed (the C:\DOS4NT2 directory can be deleted; the floppy disk is no longer needed).
